Gravesend town centre is classed as one of the largest shopping centres in Kent, with more than 250 large and small shops and stores.
Gravesend is home to two main shopping centre - St George's Shopping Centre with big name shops like WH Smiths, Boots the Chemists, Marks and Spencers, Mothercare and BHS and the Angelsea Centre with Wilkinsons, Superdrugs, Virgin Records, Lloyds Bank and a host of interesting smaller shops.
Gravesend town centre offers a pleasant traffic free pedestrianised environment, with over 40 restaurants providing a cafe culture to relax plus most of the major multiple stores including Primark, Debenhams, Asda, Tesco, Woolworths, Halfords, B & Q and Comet or the large daily indoor market
