The developments will combine 21st century urban villages and city style living close to a new passenger station at Ebbsfleet. This will connect the area to London in 15 minutes and Paris / Brussels in 90 minutes.
Dartford, Gravesend, Northfleet, Swanscombe, Queen borough, Rushenden and Sittingbourne will see exciting new mixed use developlements and Fastrack.
Plans for these areas will allow careful integration of new and existing developments and make sure there is a real gain for local people. A connecting system of green corridors, stunning new parklands and wildlife habitats is a major consideration for all new developments.
